Well today I vacuum bagged a second layer into our new deck spigot mold. I know, not very exciting, but it will be nice to have it done . The original pull consisted of approximately 40 oz. of material. After I pulled it out of the mold it turned out to be only .090" thick. This was about a third of the thickness that I was hoping for. Sooo..... today I added another 90 oz. of material and vacuum bagged it again. This time I got the thickness that I was hoping for. The first picture is of the vacuum bagged mold. And the second picture is of first layer completed.

I like you, but I wouldn't want to see you working with subatomic particles.
