Weekly Update

Well it's Saturday again, so I guess it's time for more pictures.
It was a little chilly this week so not much growth up. I'm hoping
the roots developed instead.
That's all for this week.

They're Up!

I was surprised to see all of the cascade side up in under two weeks.

The horizon side has one up.

The rest of the garden got tilled over the weekend and is ready for
planting. Tonight M.S. and I planted nine potatos. He likes potatos
so I figured that it was only fair that he planted them. That's all for
now, pretty soon I'm going to have to start thinking about stringing
up a trellis.

The Hops Blog

The garden may take over this blog or should I say Hops may take over.
This year I decided To add hops to the daffodils, rhubarb, and garlic.
The instructions that I recieved Said that it was better to put them in
early than late. So here I am six weeks early planting expecting snow
the next day. A little crazy, but we'll see.
Here are couple of pictures for starters.
Here it's tilled ready for planting

Now it's planted, covered with plastic and mulch.

Here is another perspective

Of course, the next day it snowed.( I had anticipated it by putting mulch on top of each mound)

That's all for now I'll add more if and when they start popping up.
